The Come Home East Hants Association and a variety of East Hants organizations are proud to present the annual East Hants Tide Fest. Tide Fest is a not-for-profit event and donates any proceeds straight back into the community, and relies on sponsors to make this event a reality.
The mission of the event is to bring together the community of East Hants – as largest official homecoming event of its kind in our community, we aim to provide a wide range of activities that families, friends and businesses will all enjoy and benefit from.
The majority of our events take place at the East Hants Sportsplex in Lantz, and consist of a weekend full of fun activities for all ages – including:
- Washer toss tournament
- Music festival
- Local food vendors
- Ball hockey tournament
- Family-friendly activities
- East Hants Sport Hall of Fame induction ceremony
- Other related sports tournaments, such as adult soccer and fast pitch
